Lucia has undertaken a number of roles in an investment environment during her 7 years in the finance industry. This has allowed her to gain a wide ranging knowledge of all administrative processes required to support our investment management and stockbroking services. As Investment Assistant Lucia has an intimate knowledge of these and how they impact upon our service and therefore provides invaluable support to the Investment Managers, enabling them to deliver a very high level of service to clients. Lucia is the first point of contact for day to day enquiries.

Trevor has worked in a number of different roles in the finance industry during the last 25 years. These include foreign exchange trading, private client and intermediary relationship management and order execution. In his role as Investment Manager, Trevor works closely with Neville and the rest of the team drawing on his long standing experience to provide a high quality service that meets the varying requirements of our diverse client base. Trevor is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds their Certificate in Investment Management.

Neville heads up our Investment Management team and specialises in providing bespoke investment management and stockbroking services to a diverse client base. Having worked in the industry for over 25 years he has a wealth of experience combined with extensive market knowledge, enabling him to clearly understand clients� objectives and requirements and provide investment solutions which meet their individual circumstances. Advisory portfolio management, in which the team specialises, requires by its very nature, an active partnership approach between client and Investment Manager. We believe that this partnership leads to a long-term relationship which is a key component in wealth creation. Neville is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, holding their Level 4 RDR compliant Investment Advice Diploma and Certificate in Investment Management together with the CFA Society of the UK Investment Management Certificate.

Suzi recently joined the team from AIB Jersey. She has 14 years� experience in the finance industry and brings with her an in-depth knowledge of international banking and investment management with a particular focus on high net worth clients. In her role as Investment Manager she works closely with her fellow team members to understand individual client circumstances and objectives in order to provide suitable investment solutions and advice. Suzi is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds their Certificate in Investment Management together with the Certificate in Financial Advice (CeFA) and International Certificate in Financial Advice (ICFA). She is currently studying toward the IFS Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.

Paul was an Executive Director and a member of the Management Committee at UBS WM (UK) Ltd before joining Vestra Wealth. He started his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland and subsequently, joined Laing & Cruickshank where he was a member of a team managing discretionary portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and charities. At Vestra Wealth, Paul is Head of the Jersey office.

Heather joined Vestra Wealth from Newton Investment Management where she was responsible for private client business development. Previously she was Head of Legal Services at Ogier, London where she was responsible for advising intermediaries, trustees and individuals in relation to offshore trust matters and was jointly responsible for developing the firm's private client fiduciary business. Heather is a Jersey Advocate, having qualified whilst at Ogier in Jersey, as well as being a barrister and solicitor. She is a member of STEP as well as a committee member of the STEP London City branch. At Vestra Wealth, Heather is a Director of the Jersey office from where she heads up International Intermediary Business Development .
