
Andrew joined Vestra Wealth from UBS WM (UK) Ltd where he was an Associate Director, and fund manager of the Way Elevation Cautious Managed fund. Andrew's responsibilities at Vestra include assisting in the management of private client portfolios, unit trusts and active options accounts.

Philip joined Vestra Wealth from UBS WM (UK) Ltd and has worked in Investment Management for 10 years. He has experience in the management of discretionary and advisory private client portfolios, trusts and charities, and is a member of the Securities & Investment Institute.

Miles joined Vestra Wealth as Investment Manager having joined from Williams de Broe, formerly BNP Paribas. Miles manages both Discretionary and Advisory portfolios for both UK and international clients from both the personal and corporate sector. He previously worked as Investment Manager at HSBC and prior to this JP Morgan. Miles has over 20 years experience managing client portfolios both on and offshore.

Prior to joining Vestra Wealth, David held various senior positions at UBS Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank in the United Kingdom. Most recently he was an Executive Director and Senior Client Adviser at UBS Wealth Management in London and has over 13 years experience advising high net worth individuals with international and complex financial affairs, focusing on UK resident and non domiciled investors. David has Masters Degrees in Finance and Economics, and lectures at Bordeaux University and ESCP-EAP European School of Management.

Prior to joining Vestra Wealth, Ed was a Director and Senior Client Advisor at UBS Wealth Management for seven years managing and advising resident domiciled and resident non-domiciled clients, charities, SIPP's and Trusts. Ed has worked in the financial industry for over 25 years starting his career with Merrilll Lynch and working with other leading firms; CSFB, Schroders in Australia and London and Flemings/JP Morgan Chase before joining UBS in 2003. Between 1996-2001 he was the Branch Manager of Jardine Fleming Securities in Seoul, South Korea.

Tom was made an Associate Director at UBS WM (UK) Ltd before joining Vestra Wealth. He began his career at JM Finn & Co where he became a member of the Securities Institute, having graduated from Durham University. Tom is responsible for managing portfolios on behalf of high net worth individuals and oversees the Vestra Wealth Court of Protection division.

Neil manages client portfolios at Vestra Wealth having joined from UBS Wealth Management (UK) Ltd. where he was responsible for the management of an extensive private client customer base, primarily on a discretionary basis. He joined Laing and Cruickshank in 1982 having served a 4 year apprenticeship with McAnally Montgomery and was appointed an Investment Director in 1993. He was an Investment Director at UBS after its takeover of Laing & Cruickshank.

Jacqueline joined Vestra Wealth as Investment Manager from Williams de Broe Limited, formerly BNP Paribas Private Investment Management where she was Senior Wealth Manager with a client portfolio of over £300million. Jacqueline has gained significant expertise in the financial services industry, having previously worked for HSBC for over 25 years. She advises high net worth individuals on their overall wealth management requirements, and also has over 12 years experience advising Tier 1 Investor Visa clients. Jacqueline's clients also include trusts, pension funds, and charities, and she heads up Vestra's Friendly Societies and Financial Mutuals Team. Jacqueline is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser and is a Member of the Securities Institute.

Oliver joined Vestra Wealth in 2010 after four years at Barclays Wealth where he was a senior private bank executive. Oliver is developing his client base managing HNW individuals, corporates and charities. Oliver has completed his Investment Management Certificate, the CISI Private Client Investment Advice and Management paper and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Matthew is a former senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed the financial planning team in London. In 2003, he joined John Lamb Strategies Limited to run the tax favoured investment team, where he worked closely with UBS Wealth Management in London. He is a founding partner of Vestra Wealth LLP.

Andrew joined Vestra Wealth from UBS WM (UK) Ltd where he was employed as an Associate Director working alongside two senior Fund Managers. Andrew has obtained the Investment Management Certificate and recently became a Member of the Securities Institute. He is currently responsible for servicing and managing private client portfolios.

Julian joined Vestra Wealth from UBS Wealth Management where he was an Executive Director managing approximately £700million in assets. Prior to UBS Wealth Management, Julian was a Partner at Scott Goodman Harris, a partnership of independent financial advisers specialising in high net worth individuals, which was sold to UBS in 2004. Julian has over 18 years experience in advising and managing high net worth individuals, specialising in clients who work within the investment banking sector.

Bandish joins Vestra Wealth with over 13 years experience. Speaking 7 languages, he managed International and UK resident HNW clients at Citigroup, where he was also made founder member of their UK Wealth Management business. He successfully built and managed a large onshore and res-non-dom client base at Barclays Wealth. Bandish has extensive knowledge of Global Emerging and Frontier markets and significant experience in structuring broad ranging bespoke investment solutions with a highly prized reputation for excellence in client service delivery. He sits on the Vestra Fixed Income, Unregulated Investments and Main Investment Committees. He was named "Rising Star" of Wealth Management by Spears in 2012 He was a Finalist of the Young Turks Wealth Manager 2012 and Runner Up with special mention of the Young Turks Wealth Manager 2013. In 2012 he accepted an honorary position as Committee Member of the Wealth Management Forum at the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). Bandish is a professionally trained Sitarist, and in his spare time composes music for film and collaborations. He widely engages in philanthropy in the UK and Africa, and is a trustee and consultant on the board of various UK charities.

Having been in Wealth Management for over 15 years, Matthew joined Vestra Wealth in February 2009 from Kleinwort Benson, where he was a Director and Senior Private Banker. Prior to this Matthew spent a number of years with private client stockbroker Rensburg Sheppards. Matthews experience in pensions, taxation and trusts, enables him to advise high net worth individuals, with a focus on City Professionals, on the efficient structuring of their wealth across a range of tax strategies.

Peter joined Vestra Wealth from UBS Wealth Management (UK) Ltd in 2008 and manages discretionary and advisory private client portfolios. He began his career at Citigroup in 2004 and subsequently moved to UBS in 2006. Peter graduated with an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Leeds and recently became a Chartered Member of the CISI.

Frances joined Vestra in October 2010 from Fairfax Investment Management where she was Chief Investment Officer. In addition to numerous professional qualifications Frances has over 16 years investment experience, including 10 years at Tilney Investment Management (now Deutsche Private Wealth Management) where she was involved in manager research, performance measurement and investment process design within core asset classes and was co-head of the alternative investment division (residential property, financial engineering and skill-based strategies). Frances works closely with a number of lawyers and accountants.

Andy joined Vestra Wealth as an Investment Manager from Barclays Wealth & Investment Management where he worked alongside two senior banking professionals in the HNW division. He is responsible for managing portfolios on behalf of HNW individuals, trusts and charities, where he uses multi asset class solutions. Andy graduated with an Honours degree in Economics & Management from Cardiff University and became a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments in 2011.

John joined Vestra Wealth as Partner in 2008. John is responsible for managing discretionary and advisory portfolios across a range of asset classes for individuals, trusts and charities including both UK and International clients. In addition as of 2012, John is Co Head of Investment Services at Vestra Wealth. Prior to joining Vestra Wealth John was an Investment Director at UBS Wealth Management and James Capel (HSBC) Investment Management. John is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute.

Jim started his career in 1997 at James Capel Investment Management. In 2002, he joined Laing & Cruickshank which was subsequently acquired by UBS Wealth Management where Jim was appointed Associate Director. In 2006, he joined Cheviot Asset Management where he co-managed discretionary and advisory portfolios, a role he now maintains at Vestra, whilst also managing the Vestra Model Portfolios across a number of different platforms.

James joined Vestra Wealth from Albert E Sharp (latterly Barclays Wealth) where he was head of the Pensions & Charities team based in Birmingham. Between 1993 & 1996 he was Managing Director of Asset Management for Barclays Private Banking, Hong Kong where he was responsible for pioneering the use of structured products for Barclays Private Banking worldwide. He also managed the AES UK General Unit Trust. James specialises in discretionary management for private clients, pension funds and charities.

Andrew joined Vestra Wealth from Barclays Wealth where he was a Vice President and founder of the Professional Practices Team which focused on high net worth city professionals. He has over 12 years experience and has managed funds for personal, corporate and charity clients both within the UK and overseas. He specialised in structuring portfolios on a bespoke basis with either a discretionary or advisory mandate for clients. He gained res-non-dom certification at Barclays Wealth, is a fellow of the CISI and also holds a Masters degree in Organisational and Occupational Psychology.

Charlie was an Associate Director at UBS WM (UK) Ltd before starting at Vestra Wealth in 2008. He spent four years at Laing & Cruickshank before joining UBS, having worked at McKinsey & Co as a Wholesale Banking Analyst after graduating from university. Charlie currently manages discretionary and advisory private client portfolios and several large charities.

Neil joined Vestra Wealth from UBS WM (UK) Ltd where he was an Executive Director and member of the Management Committee. Prior to this he was at James Capel & Co for more than 20 years, where he served as both deputy head of the Private Client Division and a member of its Management Committee. Neil has over 30 yrs experience in managing mandates for private clients, Trusts, SIPPs and charities, and prides himself on building long-term relationships with his clients.

Adam joined Vestra in 2008, where is he responsible for managing private client portfolios, from UBS WM (UK) Ltd. Previously he worked at Jupiter Asset Management covering the mining sector and working in their private clients department, having started his career in 1997 at a firm of propriety metal traders.

Sanjay joined Vestra Wealth from UBS WM (UK) Ltd where he managed institutional funds along with private client money. Previously he was an Investment Director at Laing & Cruickshank, and manager of the OM BD technology fund at Brewin. Sanjay specialises in managing global investment mandates with multi asset class solutions, and has developed the capability to provide a personalised options trading facility for private clients.

Colleen joined Vestra from UBS WM (UK) Ltd having previously been at Laing & Cruickshank and Credit Suisse. She has worked at Morgan Grenfell (Deutsche Bank) working in both the International Public Sector and Corporate Finance, and at Greig Middleton. Colleen began her career in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office serving in London, Kuwait and Turkey. Currently, she manages discretionary portfolios for private clients and charities.

Heinz joined Vestra Wealth as Fixed Income Strategist from Investec Wealth and Investments. His previous role was as Senior Investment Manager and Head of BNP Paribas' UK Fixed Income where he also was a prominent member of their Investment Committee. Heinz has over 32 years experience in managing client assets, and has specialised in fixed income for a large part of his career. Heinz has managed and advised clients from the private sector, Friendly Societies, Charities, Trusts and medium sized insurance companies. Heinz was previously with HSBC Investment Management for many years running their Sterling Fixed Income Team and advising clients across all asset classes. He has also been based in Zurich and New York with UBS where he was a member of their Investment Committee.

David is a former managing director of UBS in London, where he headed up both the high net worth wealth management and the stockbroking divisions in the UK. Before UBS, he co-founded and was Managing Partner of Scott Goodman Harris, a boutique advisory business that was acquired by UBS in 2004. David is Managing Partner of Vestra Wealth LLP.

Prior to joining Vestra Wealth he was Director at UBS managing discretionary and advisory portfolios on behalf of individuals, charities and trusts. He has over 20 years experience assisting and being directly responsible for managing private client, charity and trust investment portfolios at Quilter Goodison and later Laing & Cruikshank (now UBS Wealth Management UK Ltd).

Ben joined Vestra Wealth from UBS where he was an executive director and senior client adviser. He joined boutique advisory business Scott Goodman Harris in 2003. Scott Goodman Harris subsequently merged with UBS, having trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the private client division, specialising in portfolio construction and asset management for high net worth clients. Ben's qualifications include FPC 1, 2 and 3, AFPC (G10, G20, SV1, Pensions etc.) and IMC. He is a founding partner of Vestra Wealth LLP.

Matthew joined Vestra from UBS in 2008. He is responsible for managing portfolios on behalf of private clients and is also heavily involved in business development. Matthew is a member of the Securities Institute and an economics graduate from Durham University.

Will joined Vestra Wealth in 2008 having spent 12 years in the Wealth Management industry focusing on High Net Worth clients who required a broad range of wealth structuring and investment solutions. His extensive knowledge of both investment management and structuring, combined with his own entrepreneurial interests lead him to Vestra Wealth where he is building the entrepreneurial team. Concentrating on providing bespoke solutions across a very dynamic client base, Will has developed a reputation for delivering extremely personal client service.

Jenny joined Vestra Wealth in 2009 and is responsible for advising UK resident domiciled and non domiciled high net worth clients, trusts and charities. Jenny specialises in global asset allocation and portfolio construction and is Chair of Vestra Wealth's Investment Committee. Prior to Vestra Wealth she spent ten years with management consultants Booz Allen & Hamilton specialising in global asset management and financial services. She began her career at stockbroker Hoare Govett in 1986. Jenny holds a PPE from Melbourne University and MBA (IMD). She is also a qualified financial planner and discretionary investment manager.

Prior to Vestra Wealth David was an Investment Manager at UBS WM (UK) Ltd specialising in discretionary management. His experience within the Wealth Management sector include Investment Manager at Laing & Cruickshank, Senior Investment Director at James Capel & Co (latterly HSBC Investment Management) and Investment Director at Allied Dunbar & Co Ltd. David specialises in discretionary management for private clients, SIPPs/SSASs, trusts and small company portfolios.

Andrew joined Vestra Wealth from UBS WM (UK) Ltd having graduated from University College London. Andrew is responsible for managing portfolios on behalf of private clients and has achieved the Securities & Investment Institute Masters in Wealth Management.

Chris was an Investment Director at UBS WM (UK) Ltd prior to joining Vestra Wealth, where he was responsible for over £200m of investment portfolios, providing discretionary management and advice to a range of clients, including private clients, family trusts and small charities.

Before joining Vestra Wealth, Zoë spent 8 years in private banking, working for UBS and Bank of Scotland. At UBS she advised high net worth individuals, trusts and SMEs on investment solutions and tax efficient structures (including tax mitigating schemes, personal and company pensions). In addition she provided investment advice to resident non domiciled individuals and off shore trusts. Zoë holds qualifications in investment management and financial planning.

James joined Vestra Wealth from UBS Wealth Management where he was a Director and Senior Client Advisor for eight years. Prior to joining UBS he was an equity partner at Chase de Vere Investments. He has over 18 years of experience in advising high net worth individuals and specialises in advising and managing portfolios of individuals who are UK Resident, both Domiciled and Non Domiciled. Before embarking on a career in the Financial Services sector James worked for the UK Ministry of Agriculture as a Business Management Consultant advising UK farmers on all aspects of their trading enterprises.

Joanna joined Vestra Wealth from UBS Wealth Management (UK) Ltd in 2008 and manages private client portfolios. Having graduated in 2005 from the University of Nottingham with a BA Honours degree in French, German and Spanish, Joanna was a relationship manager and sales representative at the financial market data and news services firm, Bloomberg LLP, before joining UBS in 2007. She has completed the Investment Management Certificate as well as the CISI Diploma examinations in Regulations and Compliance and Private Client Investment Advice and Management.
